Sup!
You know what time it is! (Hopefully!)
If you don't know, well, it's time for another blog update!
This one is heavily packed with Five Nights at Freddy's!
Careful not to… get stuffed into a suit… from reading… this post?
Er…
Anyways!
WEBSITE UPDATES
Let's begin with the most noticeable change:
You See That Corner Ghost in the Corner that may, or may not, look like someone you know? Click Her, and see what happens! :D
The spooky day is very close so, just like last year, I decided to theme the website around it! But, unlike last time, it's not forced upon the viewer, you can toggle on and off at your leisure! Due to technical difficulties, the blog is not affected by the spookles.
All season themes will be added like this now, I'm so glad it works well and feels super clean!
Quick change the channel before Pudd gets out!
Now for other Miscellaneous Additions:
The game shelf page has gotten some changes! First, it was separated by year, I thought that maybe the page would get too long and too packed with images, causing them to break midway through the loading process. The second change was just adding new games, and changing the status for some!
New secrets have been added in the main pages! Some previously missing secrets were also added! (They were missing because I forgot to add them when I changed the main pages lol)
Have fun finding them!
And lastly but not least:
Phoenix Club Chapter 1 is Finished!
Parts 6 & 7 will be added shortly after this update! To tell the truth… They have been done since the 23rd, but I did not find any time the past 2 days to put them up on the website. Apologies!
With the conclusion of chapter 1, I can finally get even more wild. My main struggle with doing anything in life is the start of it. If I can get past the starting line, only my imagination can hold me back! In the next chapter, expect more from the three main characters and their goofy adventure! I also find it funny how my writing improved as these parts were released. lol
Also please go see my editor's website: Miya. They have been doing god's work in editing these parts and they deserve your visit to their website!
Fan art made by Miya.
But before we go to chapter 2, I want to write some side stories utilizing some of the characters introduced in the series so far. I want to explore the backstories, behaviors and their interactions with this world. The first one I plan to do is with the nurse introduced in that chapter. I want to explore her past and her friendship with the science teacher! I feel like I have a compelling story to tell that would never see the light of day, because we only see the world through Seiko's mind. So look forward to side stories!
And that's almost all the news for Phoenix Club! The last thing left to discuss is the changes to the character design I plan to do.
Simple changes to their school outfit, since the current ones are so… bland. The girls one won't see too much change, the boys one will have a lot however.
Check it out below!
Chie is so precious!
Don't worry, I'll pay someone to make the art to fully showcase these new outfits in great detail!… That might take a while but it will happen! I swear!
ONE-SHOT OF THE DAY
Sekai no Owari no Pen Friend
Pen Pal at the End of the World
One-shot made by Sekka Iwata and Kento Matsuura.
Synopsis: Arai Kasumi is a little girl living in a cold world, devastated by earthquakes. But to her, the state of the world does not matter, because she has her own playground, a store that still stands amongst the debri. She goes there every day to draw and have fun until nightfall, but one day, she's surprised by… an reply someone left for her drawing?
Art and presentation: Simply phenomenal.
The person that made it had so much care for detail in the backgrounds, the character's are drawn very well, their expressions feel lively and everything is super cute. The art is able to express hope and dreams even when things look bleak, and that's amazing.
Why you should read it: This story is just so sweet and wholesome. I can't even come up with a text. Just trust me, it's a great read. You won't regret it!
The future might be bleak and taken by darkness, but we can't let it take away the light from the ones we care for, and that's just beautiful. That's why you should read it!
Score: 5/5! Absolute masterpiece!
Side note: I find it funny how a lot of the One-shots from this segment so far, mostly take place in a post-apocalyptic setting. This is not a fault of the One-shots by the way, I just picked way too many with this theme. lol
LIFE UPDATES
Now time for the FNaF section!
The Five Nights at Freddy's Journey continues as the film approaches.
I have been doing nothing but playing FNaF games the past 10 days, so let's discuss one by one.
Starting from the last I played: Five Nights at Freddy's 3!
FnaF is by far the one I'm most familiar with, this one used to be my favorite of the franchise. So did my opinion change after replaying it now?
Well, it's complicated… Unlike the two previous games, this has only one threat: Springtrap. You have to use the resources available to track him down and lure him away from you, while the ghostly apparitions of previous animatronics constantly distract you from him.
This game feels more personal, because it's one actually deadly threat. Which made it kind of… funny? It felt more like I was watching a very confused animal try to make his way in a maze, getting stuck in the same place multiple times, and acting goofy overall. I laughed more than I was scared in this game. lol
The game is also very easy, until one thing breaks, if one thing goes wrong, the whole house of cards falls down and Springtrap will quickly make progress to your office. The secrets in the game are also really obtuse and not clear at all! One of the requirements to get the good ending is to play a minigame that is accessed by pressing the wall tiles of the office in a very specific order, that's just insane! I ended up not getting the good ending…
The game is the weakest of the main 4, and I don't think it's my favorite one anymore…
HE GOT IN THE VENT AGAIN!? WHEN HE WILL LEARN THAT THE VENT IS CLOSE!?
After that I played the game I was scared of the most from this franchise: Five Nights at Freddy's 4!
I barely played this one back then, I was just too scared of it! But now I'm grown up and fearless… that's what I told myself at least…
In FNaF 4, you play as a child in their bedroom, fending off freakishly tall and scary looking animatronics. Who do you defend against them you may ask? Well, by going to the open doors and hearing them of course! If you hear them really close to you, shut the door until you hear them go away. If you use your flashlight when they are at the door… Well, get ready for a REALLY loud jumpscare!
This game requires a high volume for you to fend off the threats… you can tell what happens next when you fail with such high volume, it really works in the games favor.
I had a monstrous vision of this game, but after playing it and understanding its mechanics, the game is not as scary as my mind made it look like. Listen well and react, everything is fine, and you will survive!
FNaF 4 became my favorite of the franchise, it's both scary and engaging to play, I absolutely loved this one!
One note on the finale: Internet culture has absolutely ruined the ending, I can't picture the final scene without seeing Markiplier at the corner screaming-
IS THAT THE BITE OF 87!?
The next one I played was: Five Nights at Freddy's World!
The most fun and light hearted one in the franchise!
FNaF World was simply a blast to play! It was nice to take a break from the constant, defend the office gameplay and just play a simple and fun RPG. You know how much I love RPGs!
Assemble a team of 4 animatronics that appeared in the previous games and set off in an adventure full of wonder and fun! Each animatronic has 3 moves and you need to choose them quickly, the game does not pause during your turn, your enemy can still attack while you think!
I have one small grip with this game, it can be really confusing to know where you should go to make progress. You will be doing a lot of nocliping through walls and glitching out to find the way to progress, and that can be really confusing without a guide.
The battle system also kinda falls apart once you discover an oversight. There's a move called "Haunting" in the game that stuns the enemy for a couple of seconds, it's a fine enough move until you discover that it works on bosses! You can permastun any boss you want with just 2 animatronics with this move in your party, trivializing the game.
I used that to my advantage of course, still had a blast, this game is just pure fun to play!
The unbeatable squad!
And now for the latest one I finished: Five Nights at Freddy's: Sister Location!
The weakest and most boring of the franchise! That is not a joke! This game constantly put me to sleep and didn't scare me at all.
This one broke the mold and did the thing I like in FNaF fan games. There's a unique task you must accomplish each night, but these talks are either: too easy or the most annoying thing possible, there is no in-between!
And it was just not scary in the slightest…
By far the worst of the franchise, I was glad to be done with it.
I'll admit, this scene did spook me a little.
There's 3 games left to play before the film releases, so expect these 3 games and the movie review in the next blog post!
That concludes the FNaF section for now.
And now for the final and obligatory segment of the blog, Genshin Impact Gambling!
As some of you may not know, I have been saving all my wishes for the Wriothesley banner. I saved up about 110 rolls for him!
I was shooting to get 2 copies of him, so let me tell you what happened.
I did the gambling with another friend in a Discord call that was wishing for Venti and his signature weapon.
I began my rolling, 10 wishes were spent, 20 spent, 30, 40… nothing of him appeared… until the 50th, the wish star turned gold, a 5 star was in that 10 pulls aaaaaaand… I got a Dehya, I lost the 50/50 and got Dehya instead of Wriothesley… Disaster! But I continued nonetheless, the dream of a C1 was broken, but I could still get him! After 20 rolls, that exact thing happened, I was blessed by luck to get him before the pity barrier! A 0.7% chance!
I was very happy! He's one of the few characters that actually uses his fists to fight, looking rad as hell while doing it!
Regardless, I still had 40 rolls to spend, so I continued rolling and on my 30th roll, the star turned gold again aaaand…
I got him again! That's right, I won the 50/50, against all odds I got another copy of him!
I was ecstatic and happy with the results of my hard work to get those wishes!
And then my friend's turn began, he was shooting for Venti and the weapon aaaaand… he got both! Unlike last time, he actually won all his 50/50s and got everything he wanted, character and weapon!
It was a happy ending!
Until I ruined everything by spending my last 10 wishes in the weapon banner and getting the same weapon he got by accident, because I thought it would be funny if I wished for that banner. (I never wish for the weapon banner.)
The summoning ritual me and my friend performed to get good luck on our gambling.
Aside from gambling, the exploration was just as fun as it was last time!
They did a great job at the expansion of the region, the floating water cubes and the Fortress of Meropide were very fun to explore. The puzzles were satisfying and the enemies fun to fight, another W patch for Genshin Impact.
But I reached the point where there's nothing more to do in the patch, so I have to painfully wait for the next update. The end of the content!
Hmmmmm… forging.
SONG OF THE DAY
The song of the day is Odorobo by Umicha! A song that captures my hearing ability for the past 10 days and still yet to give it back! Go listen to it, it's a very good song!
What an agitated month huh… I did a lot of things both in my personal life and in my internet life this month, I kinda feel a little tired. Not in like, unhappy tired, I feel like, "I need some rest" tired.
I feel very happy with everything accomplished this month!
Thank you for reading!
See you next time traveler!
Have a nice day!
15/10/2023
Good Evening!
Today is another blog update day!
Time for me to talk about things that happened in the past 10 days!
(Writing blog entries on Sundays is rough, I feel so lazy on Sundays!)
WEBSITE UPDATES
We got… nothing changed on the website… in the past 10 days…
But hey, it's not all bad news! There’s kind of a decent reason for that!
I've been hard at work writing the next parts of Phoenix Club! That’s right, “parts”, both parts 6 and 7 of chapter 1!
I made the decision to write and publish both parts together.
Why?
Well, part 6 is mostly an escalation of part 5 with a lot of setup, and it started to feel unfair to release something like this with no pay off. So I made the decision to make part 7 and put them both up at the same time!
You will see part 6 and 7 soon, part 6 is pretty much done and part 7 is about halfway done.
Seiko The Bird Phoenix.
Still on this topic, I have been getting great ideas recently to explore the Phoenix Club!
Things like exploring the history of some characters that are not given much importance in the main story. Stories that don’t have an impact in Seiko’s story, but rather explain why a certain character is the way they are or delving into their past. I have a lot of ideas but I must organize them before putting them into words, so I apologize I don’t have any of them to share here!
But there’s still a lingering thought… Why did Pudding all of a sudden get the urge to write a lot?
Glad you asked, you will find out later in this blog post, keep reading!
Moving on but not completely outside Phoenix Club: Fan Art!
Made by Miya.
This piece was made by the one you come to expect, Miya. It depicts the hostility between the phoenix and the basilisk and I’m always eternally grateful for any and all fan art!
For the last part of this segment, I have been trying to be more diligent and talk more in the Neocities space!
I have been sending more messages to friends and people I follow around here. People have wonderful websites and projects they put time and effort to work on, so I want to encourage them and be a good friend!
That’s all for the website related stuff!
Pudd got her head stuck in the pumpkin again!?
ONE-SHOT OF THE DAY
Light Again
One-shot made by Ako Arisaka.
Synopsis: Earth lost its moon by an asteroid, humanity was forced to live underground to survive, and an unknown disease where fluorescent crystals grew in the human body. Mitsumi, a researcher, is tasked with "curing" a little girl inflicted with such a disease, Her name being Luna…
But can do the things he needs to do for her?
Art and presentation: This one-shot has a strong artstyle! The emotions of the characters can be felt, and there's some beautiful scenes too! There was a lot of care put into tying the art with the story, you can tell when things get real bad, the art feels more gray-ish and when the mood is lighter or emotional, the whites take over the drawings.
Why you should read it: Mitsumi is a broken man, unable to defy the others given to him, and forced to do terrible things for a "brighter" future. But through Luna, he's able to reconnect with his past, and even protect it.
The future might be bleak and taken by darkness, but we can't let it take away the light from the ones we care for, and that's just beautiful. That's why you should read it!
Score: 5/5! The powerful message this manga tells and the emotional story from Luna and Mitsumi are amazing.
LIFE UPDATES
We got way less to cover than past time, but I can still make it more than 1k words long! Don't tempt me, I'll do it!
Firstly, as said in the last post, I began the Five Nights at Freddy's Journey!
I bought all the other games and now began to play through them!
But let's establish what exactly I did in these games. My initial thoughts were, "play all the games and do their hardest challenges". (Ultimate Custom Night not included!) But this was quickly shot down by the simple fact of: I'm not a good gamer…
So I instead made the decision to play only up to the 5th night and move on to the next game after beating it.
Those are the goals, so let's start with:
Five Nights at Freddy's.
The original, the very first, the scarier of them all, and the most… boring one…
I have very mixed feelings about the very first game of this franchise, mainly because it feels boring to play. The nights in this game are super long and it can sometimes feel unfair when an animatronic decides to bully you all night long and kill your energy before 4 am. Most of the time I found myself looking at the walls of the office doing nothing but waiting for something to happen… I guess it does depict the job of a security guard pretty well in that aspect!
The horror is… also fine I guess? I can't really feel the horror anymore due to the memes boen from these games but I guess it's fine as it is.
This game didn't hold up as well as I was expecting so I was glad to be done with it.
CAN YOU STOP HOGGING THE DOOR, PLEASE!
Five Nights at Freddy's 2.
The most well praised game of the original games, no doors, and a lot of threats to deal with it!
The switch from the first to the second game is like morning and… night? FNAF 2 is the better game in my opinion. It's much more frenetic, intense and funny…?
Frenetic because you need to react to your opponent quite frequently while winding up the music box.
Intense because of how many threats there are to deal with.
And funny because this game was memed to hell and back and I can't take it seriously anymore! From Toilet Bunny to the funny ambience sound, I found myself constantly giggling at this game.
This game is much better than the first!
TOILET BUNNY, LOOK AT HIM! HE'S SO FUNNY!
Something I didn't mention is that I have been streaming myself playing these games to my friends on Discord, and one of them recommended that I play a certain fan game of the franchise. Well they recommended a lot, but the most wanted was The Joy of Creation.
And I did play it aaaaaaaand…
I loved it, this is the prime example of what I like in a FNAF game!
Each night is a unique one with a difficulty that progressively scales upwards the longer the night goes, actually frightening scenarios and the game even got some real scares from me!
My favorite night was the second one, in that night the player was locked up in a living room with 3 exit doors, but each had an animatronic wandering behind it! The main thing is to walk around the room and delay the animatronics movement as much as possible, and if they are about to open the door, hide behind the door so the animatronic does not see you in the room and go back to wander in the hallways.
This night felt terrifying and got some real scares from me. The fact that you can't stop them from opening the doors and the only option was to hide really close to them really put me on edge! I recommend any person to play this game, it's a solid horror game and a great FNAF fan game!
Unrelated night, this fellow is very fast.
As you may have noticed, it's half way through the month and I only played 2 mainline FNAF games, well that's because I had to put it on pause for the Team Fortress 2 Halloween Event.
This time of year is one of my favorites to play TF2, because the game becomes even more chaotic and enjoyable due to the halloween maps exclusive to the season!
It's always a blast with spells, kritzs and madness all around the battlefield.
Ascension from the coffin.
EYE!
And this time was no different! I played through all the new and old maps, completing all the objectives to gain all the rewards for those awesome halloween cosmetics!
I decided that I would only open the halloween pumpkins after I got all of them, and after a week or so, I got most of them!
Check out my loot:
A lot of spookles this season!
I ended up only getting 4 repeats, that's quite good in my opinion!
Oh, Another thing I found enjoyable about it was the new gamemode they added, Zombie Infection. In this mode, everyone is given 2 minutes to set up and prepare themselves, because when the 2 minutes are over, 4 people in the server will be turned into zombies! Each zombie class has their perks and powers they can utilize for their ultimate objective: turn all the remaining players into zombies by killing them while the players try to survive the horde for 3 minutes!
It's a really fun game mode and a blast to play, so much effort was put into it and I'm glad I played it!
Unrelated image, I think the door broke guys…
And last but not least, the thing that inspired me to write more for Phoenix Club!
I read a manga called: I Had That Same Dream Again.
This manga… man I struggle to find words to describe it…
The day I read it, was a day I wasn't really happy. I had an incident that got me really upset and I was not having a good time.
So I decided to read some new manga to calm my brain. It was at that moment where I found I Had That Same Dream Again.
The cover and the title instantly caught my attention, little did I know I would be binging it for the next 3 hours…
The story is about a little girl named Nanoka Koyanagi as she finds the answer to a question she's going to present for her class: What is "Happiness" to You?
A simple question with a lot of depth.
She attempts to find the answer to this question while talking to 3 different people with equally different answers to what is happiness to them.
And man, this manga does not hold back, it's a very emotional story that really hits you in the guts and makes you cry, and made me think about: What is "Happiness" to Me?
Happiness to me is working on this website, writing stories, playing video games, and enjoying time with my friends. Happiness is the fact that "I can consciously choose those actions and words."
I too searched for the answer to that question long ago, and I'm glad I found it as well.
The manga has a powerful message to tell to the reader, and I have to admit this message has changed some of my outlook on life. Go read it, trust me, you won't regret it.
Maybe it will change you too.
Never fear, together we can do it!
And that's all for this segment, thank you for reading.
SONG OF THE DAY
In commemoration of the 50th song of the day recommendation, I decided to pick the song I listen to the most!
This song is: Meltdown by Iroha(sasaki). This song is simply one of the best Vocaloid songs to ever be made, up there with Moonlight!
That’s all for the blog update, thank you for reading!
See you next time traveler!
Have a nice day!
05/10/2023
Buenos dias.
Time for another blog post!
Pudding shall tell you what happened the past couple of days!
So let's begin.
WEBSITE UPDATES
We got more artistic things than actual changes for the website. But let's talk about the changes that did take place: New Additions for Random Moe Image for Home (R.M.I.H.).
That's right, new images for the already large collection of images! A total of 36 new images were added, a big backlog I have been saving up for a long time. The total of images at the moment is 111, quite a lot!
I also noticed another special use for R.M.I.H.
I started to use it like an album for all the worlds I read about. A photo to remember of that world and the stories from it. I think it's a cool way of thinking about it!
Pudd invading one of the images from the R.M.I.H.
Moving on to the art part: I made Voxel art!
I decided I wanted to try a bit of voxel art after seeing a post about it!
Check out my attempt at voxel art:
Pudd in cubes.
As you can see… it didn't end up that good…
It became quite clear to me how hard it is to make voxel art. The third dimension really makes things complicated and difficult.
I tried the animation part of the program too, but things got complicated quite quickly, so I ended up giving up before even beginning.
But hey, you can't say I didn't try to do 3D art!
After losing to the fabled 3D, I decided to go back to familiar grounds, 2D art. (This is an exaggeration, Pudding can't draw or is "familiar" with 2D.)
I made a little bit of fanart from an artist's OC I saw on Twitter.
Oc from @faru_ytori
I thought she was very cute and I have been following the artist for a bit now, so why not!
Aside from other minor improvements, that's it for website updates. But what can you expect from it this month?
Not much, I plan to add a feature I've been thinking of for the website to make the change of the seasons easier. A few smaller pages rewrites and maybe a new chapter of Phoenix Club too? But I wouldn't count on that last one.
ONE-SHOT OF THE DAY
Kanojo no Tokutouseki
Her Special Seat
One-shot made by Akari Kajimoto.
Synopsis: In the outskirts of town, there exists a small restaurant, but it doesn't see any activity at all. Except for one sole patron, a slender, quiet, masked woman that is very pretty. But she always seems to hide her face while eating, why?
Art and presentation: The art is… fine. There's not much special about it. It's good and I thought the woman's face was very well made, but aside from that, there's not much that stands out.
Why you should read it: It's a cute story about acceptance and romance. The mystery of the slender and pretty woman is good and well executed. It was enjoyable to see how this one-shot incorporated parts of the urban legend into the character too.
Score: 3/5! It's nothing amazing but it's still a good read!
LIFE UPDATES
Starting off with the thing that pretty much dominated these past few days for me: Genshin Impact 4.1 Update!
There's a lot I want to talk about the main story quests from this update, but I'll begin with the minor things first.
I have refound the joy of building and grinding to make a character stronger again, after years of only using resources I accumulated over the years, I finally did a domain again. Taking a long break from this activity really was necessary, it's so much more fun now! I even built a new team for my Fontaine adventures:
My water-fire power squad! Perfect for under and over water fighting!
The last minor thing is that I got 2 5 stars on the same day!
Earlier in that day I decided to do 10 wishes just for fun in the Neuvillette banner and that ended up being a blessed wish, I was going to get a 5 star! But I ended up losing my 50/50 and got Dehya instead, but it didn't upset me. I like Dehya and had her already built, so her constellation was nice to have.
But when things really went off the rails was later in the day. I was on a Discord call with my friends, bored out of my mind, I decided to open Genshin to do 10 wishes for fun again on the Neuvillette banner (note: Pudding is not a gambling addict, he has self control, this was purely for fun.) And shared my screen so they could see the results. It was all fun and games until the funny gambling star turned yellow, a sign that those 10 wishes had a 5 star. I got Neuvillette.
My friend started to mald over how lucky I was and I was just sitting there, saying nothing, only thinking:
"Oh my god, have I just wasted all my luck!? Do I have any chances left to get Wriothesley???"
Wriothesley is the character I want from this patch for the reasons that will be discussed shortly, but that was… something that happened LMAO.
When I said shortly, I meant it right now. Let's start with chapter 3 of the Archon Quest
I'm a little mixed on this, we got to know a lot about the Fortress of Meropide and what sort of people that live in this prison. The npcs were actually fun and enjoyable to talk to and Arlecchino making her debut appearance was awesome to see, her in-game model is very creepy!
Arlecchino
The Knave
The Fourth of the
Eleven Fatui Harbingers
Buuuuuuuut, we got some bad things in this chapter, the issue that sometimes plagues Genshin Impact: It's long and it feels repetitive.
Going through each day as you explore the mystery of the Fortress was cool but it got old quickly. World building was good but it could've been explained a little faster and with less dialogue.
However, everything is redeemed during the 4th chapter.
It's in this chapter we see Wriothesley schemes in an attempt to bring The Knave to the Fortress so he "can have a chat with her over some tea.", but things didn't end up in his favor because of the Traveler.
Wriothesley decides to let the Traveler in on the secret that the Fortress holds.
And this is where things get interesting.
The Fortress of Meropide was built right above the Primordial Sea, and as established in the earlier acts, the water of this sea is very dangerous to the people of Fontaine, because of the dissolving on touch.
The only thing stopping this water from invading Fontaine is a gate with a meter that shows the concentration of the water behind it. Wriothesley wanted to get The Knave in the Fortress to discuss this gate with her so they could find a solution, the concentration of the water is at an all time high and there's a risk of it bursting open the gate.
The next day, it's happening, the Fortress is on red alert, telling all the prisoners to evacuate upwards and outwards, away from the bottom where the Primordial Sea is.
At the very bottom Wriothesley and Clorinde fight against the water until Neuvillette comes to deal with it.
That cutscene of the water bursting through the gate, Wriothesley freezing it, but this not being good enough and he's forced to run, was one of the most intense Genshin ever made me feel and IT WAS SO FREAKING COOL.
The mystery of what Furina is doing and where's the actual Hydro Archon was so interesting too.
This Archon Quest is in my opinion the best of Genshin Impact.
They look so cool.
But it's not my favorite story of this patch, that title goes for the Neuvillette Story Quest.
This is the best Character Quest we ever got, it goes over the history of Neuvillette and how he shaped Fontaine to the way it is right now. All the sacrifices and the best friends he lost along the way to uphold the title and respect he has as Chief Justice today.
This quest had me watering my eyes for the entire time, and the final gut punch at the end got me crying. It's a really good story even for people that don't know Genshin Impact, I recommend everyone to see it!
You don't need to cry anymore Hydro Dragon.
One last thing to finish off this enormous Genshin Impact segment. I watched the animation Light in the Abyss.
It's just a special mention to it, I'm not gonna talk about it because there's nothing that I, a mere mortal, can add to this masterpiece. Watch it, please!
There was a lot of talk about Genshin Impact, but I had to, I want to praise the game for everything it got right. And this patch has been phenomenal, I hope they maintain this type of quality moving forward. I can't wait to see what they have next!
But let's move on from this topic now and for other stuff!
Next up is: The Completion of Mann vs Machine Community Event.
I told you I would 100% this event! Clocking in about 17 hours total, I finished all the missions it had to offer, And I got a few things to say.
But first let me tell you something funny, the event was originally supposed to end on the 1st of October. So I rushed the 20 or so missions I had yet to do in the two days before the end. And in a twist of fate that I can only think of as a way of the universe to mock me, the event was suddenly extended to the 10th of October AFTER I finished everything. The only emotion I uttered when I saw this news was laugh.
Regardless of poor timing, these missions are seriously one of the best MvM content I ever played.
The missions themselves were challenging and fun, but what completely changed things were the special upgrades. They allowed for so many sub classes to be viable in the game mode, such as: Debuff Sniper, Hyper Uber Syringe Gain Medic, Full Melee Dps Scout, Pistol Engineer and even the Fat Scout.
I had so much fun, I hope the next events are made with these upgrades again.
THE BLIMP IS CRASHING DOWN!!!!!
Next up, Nyaruru Fishy Fight Got Weird...?
This game continues to baffle me with its really good game and strange presentation.
I'll be honest, I stopped caring about the story, because of the poor english translation, so I have been going with the flow and for some reason the game is getting like… creepy? The game continues to have great gameplay and very tough boss fights so I don't mind it!
I sure do hope this doesn't get dark!
And at last, the final topic: Hitoribocchi End
I finally finished Hitoribocchi no Marumaru Seikatsu, aaaaaaand… It was good. I had fun reading it and it was super cute!
Seeing all the struggles Bocchi went through to become friends with everyone so she could finally become Kai's friend again at the end was super touching.
But I think this took a little bit too long… well I guess the 5 months that took me to read did have an effect on gow long this felt, but my point still stands.
I also have a natural debuff when it comes to reading 4-komas, I don't why but I find it hard to pay attention to them for a long time.
MEGA BLESSED PANEL!
And that's it for life updates, a VERY long one this time. The wait for the 25th to the 5th did feel long this time, I got to admit. Now, what can you expect for this month for this segment?
I plan to play all the Five Nights at Freddy's games and watch the film at the end of the month, that's what you can expect for this month!
SONG OF THE DAY
The song of the day is Puppet In the Dark by Felt, I have been recommending a lot of slow and emotional songs lately, so let's spice things up with a great Touhou remix!
And that concludes this extensive blog post!
See you next time traveler!
Have a nice day!
